HHQ Urban Media keeps this simple: we hold what you give us, we use it to send you what you asked for, and you can leave the list whenever you like.
What we hold
If you subscribe to the HHQ Urban Media list we store the email address you gave us, the wording you agreed to, and when you agreed to it. Nothing else — no name, no phone number, no address. Member accounts hold the details you supply when you register, which are covered by the same rules.
Why we hold it
To send you HHQ Urban Media events, music, films, special offers, discounts and network announcements, and to keep an accurate record of who asked to hear from us.
Who can see it
The subscriber list is private. Only HHQ Urban Media administrators can open it, it is never published, and it is never handed to another company for their own marketing.
Your browser
The subscription invitation remembers two things in your own browser: whether you have subscribed, and when you last dismissed it, so it does not keep interrupting you. You can clear these at any time from your browser settings.
Leaving the list
Every message we send carries an unsubscribe link, which takes effect immediately and permanently. Subscribing again later is always your own deliberate choice.
